External Email - Use Caution        

Hi Freesurfers. 

I have a  very strange problem - out of several thousand scans I've run recon-all on, some give the output in an orientation different to the input.  The input here is:

And the output is:

I always run it in the same way... can you shine a light on what I may be missing?
