Hi all,<br><br>I would like to convert a nifti zstat file from post-processing analysis to a surface to plot/view in freeview on the fsaverage or MNI152 brain.  I think I would use mri_vol2surf, but I am not sure about the registration file.  Would i need to run tkregister first?<br>
