I wan to use the -nonuintensitycor option of the recon-all command, my command line is:

recon-all -s subjid -all -nonuintensitycor,

But the process failed because in the following step, they can not find nu.mgz,
so I need to create my own nu.mgz before running my recon-all command, is it correct?
