Dear group,
in 2009 we will change our MRI protocol.

 

we are doing on a GE scanner 3T,  T1-FSPGR axial slcies, 3D with a slice thickness of 2.6 and overlay of 50%.

will it be possible to work with this data on FreeSurfer?
