the problem is that also adding voxel to fix the defect, when I re-process the subject, the changes are not visible.

This is probably an incorrectly fixed defect. Look at the tutorial for fixing defects. Basically, you need to look at the wm.mgz volume in that area and manually fix the segmentation errors that caused the defect.
