Hi freesurfers,<div>According to the page on group analysis(<a href="http://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/FsTutorial/GroupAnalysis" target="_blank">http://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/FsTutorial/GroupAnalysis</a>),
 the cluster summary contains ALL clusters, regardless of their 
significance. However, a paracentral cluster (see figure attached) had a
 uncorrected p value of 10^-6 but doesn&#39;t show up in 
mz-c.sig.cluster.summary even after I lowered the cwpvalthresh to 0.1 in
 a cwp simulation.  </div>
