Hi Bruce,

I mean cortical, as many grey matter regions were not accpunted for in the segmentation: parietal lobe...I do not know how to edit them, where to make the changes and save them and re-run the appropiate command. I think I uploaded one image a month ago so you could give a quick look to the problem.
