Hi FS experts,

I am trying to use the folowing command: 

mri_fwhm --i lh.mgh --auto-mask 0.2 --sum lh.fwhm5.sum --fwhm 5 --o lh_5mm.mgh

 

I keep receiving an error message as follow:
