Hi Bruce<br><br>Sorry for not being clear. let me explain.<br><br>My colleague has generated ROIs in 2 spaces using BrainVoyager. One is in non-tal space, on inflated brain (AE_LH_INF.jpeg). The other is projected onto TAL space,noninflated (AE_LH_TAL.jpeg). Both are attached here. Both are essentially on the same subject AE, left hemisphere.<br>
<br>I need to draw ROIs in same location of inflated brain using tksurfer, on same subject AE. I am not sure in which space, the inflated brain of Freesurfer would be in. hence I want to know which one of the attached pics do I take as a reference when I draw the labels in Freesurfer<br>
