Yes, in each analysis directory there is a meanfunc.nii.  

Maybe this summer I will switch to FS5, but I have a bunch of experiments in 4.5 and am not 100% comfortable with the way the retinotopy analysis needs to be done in FS5, which is a vital component of my work.
