Hi Freesurfer,

 

I’m running the dev version of freesurfer (cent06 from website, dated 2019-02-03) after seeing the (volumesAmygdala.txt error) message thread of

But it still fails.

 

Previously, I ran the recon-all using stable cent06, and then tried the new hippo pipeline with the command:

 

export   SUBJECTS_DIR=/erato/data/WelshData/MHD19/Freesurfer/SubjectsDerivedUCLA

segmentHA_T2.sh   -s   AD_CS_8_23_04   mri/hippo.mgz   hippo   1

 

I’m attaching the log file from the stream.
