I am not able to download the Bucker_data-tutorial_subjs completely.

Downloading is stopped after 2.5 Gb.

I am looking for quick reply to download the data set.

Once i even reached 99.9% download using FTP file but package is not getting opened neither getting 100% download complete.

Did the wget command fail for you?  I just tried it and the download
started without any issues.  You can also just paste the ftp address into
your browser and download it that way as well.
