Dear freesurfers,

After running recon-all -s Subject -autorecon1, I checked the status.log file, it seems to have two contradictory statements:

#@# Talairach Failure Detection Mon Jul  1 13:00:30 CDT 2013

recon-all -s Barba50527_2 finished without error at Mon Jul  1 13:23:15 CDT 2013

When I loaded talairach.xfm into brainmask.mgz, talairach.xfm seems to be fine. I had no idea what is going wrong, so I continued to run autorecon2. 

Would someone please elucidate?
