Just to clarify, attached is an example table of regions corresponding to resting state networks from Pariyadath, Stein, and Ross in Frontiers In Neuroscience 8, 16Jun2014. I hope to find more such table ideally using node regions from the Desikan-Killiani atlas but others would help too.

Subject: [Freesurfer] mapping from Desikan-Killiany regions to resting state networks

Dear list,

I would like to find a reasonably good mapping from Desiken-Killiani ROIs and as many of the resting state networks as makes sense, e.g. salience, visual, etc.

I have made a start using the network пр ROI mapping in the Conn Toolbox but I think there is likely a better starting place.

Any direction would be most welcome.

Thanks - Don
