External Email - Use Caution
Just to clarify, attached is an example table of regions corresponding to resting state networks from Pariyadath, Stein, and Ross in Frontiers In Neuroscience 8, 16Jun2014.
MailScanner has detected a possible fraud attempt from "secure-web.cisco.com" claiming to be https://doi.org/10.3389/fnhum.2014.00425
I hope to find more such table ideally using node regions from the Desikan-Killiani atlas but others would help too.
Thanks - Don

Subject: [Freesurfer] mapping from Desikan-Killiany regions to resting state networks
External Email - Use Caution
Dear list,
I would like to find a reasonably good mapping from Desiken-Killiani ROIs and as many of the resting state networks as makes sense, e.g. salience, visual, etc.
I have made a start using the network
пр ROI mapping in the Conn Toolbox but I think there is likely a better starting place.
Any direction would be most welcome.
Thanks - Don
