Dear FreeSurfer team,

First of all, I'm a newbie for FreeSurfer.

In our research center, we examined some MRI sample data (three cases) to reconstruct cortical surfaces using three MRI scans acquired by each different machines(Philips and Siemens) and different parameters.

 

Although I tried to understand how I could do quality check for my freesurfer using FreeSurfer wiki, It's hard for me to verify my analysis (I used fully-automated  method)

 

So I need some advices for my freesurfer results whether I got good results or not.

Would you give me some help to verify my FreeSurfer results (for 3 cases) as follows:

- I can give you our MRI scanning information, MRI data and free surfer results,

- I need verification whether my results is good or bad. And if our result is bad, can you suggest any recommendations how I can improve the bad parts?
