</div><div>Recon-all -qcache -target fsaverage2 -s subid</div><div><br></div><div>However, does this overwrite the current normalized data to reflect the new fsaverages, or write new data? Are there any special steps that I need to take with respect this change when conducting group comparisons in qdec?</div>
