I have concern about a possible left-right swap issue in my analysis using QDEC.

I have compared 2 groups for parcellated cortical volumes using lh.aparc.volume.stats and rh.aparc.volume.stats files imported by QDEC from each subject. This gives differing significant regions for each hemisphere.

I then ran QDEC on the 2 groups of subjects for vertex based lh and rh volume at 10mm FWHM, and find the significant regions have swapped sides.

Have I done something wrong? Is there any other explaination?
