Dear Freesurfer user,

 

We have performed group contrasts on cortical thickness correcting by age. Now we want to use the mean cortical thickness of one of the significant clusters as a regressor in other analysis, but we do not know whether the mean cortical thickness value for each subject within this ROI is corrected by age or not.
