External Email - Use Caution

Dear to FreeSurfer expert,

Thank you for your suggestion. I tried inputting below command but it said that no wm found... so I took out --surf orig, still nothing showed up.

tkregisterfv --s tal_before --fstal --surf orig

Because of that, I used tkregister2 instead for another attempt.

The T1 and FLAIR images look fine to me. Below are the screenshots for your reference:

T1.nii

FLAIR.nii

Please kindly advise. Thank you.

Yours sincerely,
Krystal

wow, that looks really bad. Does the volume look ok? No artifacts or major pathology? Also, you can use tkregisterfv instead of tkregister -- it is a nicer interface

Dear FreeSurfer experts,

I am encountering the error below:

ERROR: talairach_afd: Talairach Transform: transforms/talairach.xfm ***FAILED*** (p=0.0000, pval=0.0000 < threshold=0.0050)

As suggested, I have visited the website and followed these steps (MailScanner has detected a possible fraud attempt from "secure-web.cisco.com" claiming to be https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/FsTutorial/Talairach). However, I cannot move the bars as indicated; plus, there are no T1.mgz generated and the surf folder is empty.

Much appreciated if anyone could advise. Thank you very much,

Regards,
Krystal
