Dear Freesurfer community,

 

we are doing cortical thickness analyses with Freesurfer version 5.3.0 in a Linux environment.  In order to do the autorecon-1 and autorecon-2 steps, we need to download the new version of mri_segstats.

Unfortunately, the link on the Freesurfer Release Notes Webpage does not work. Also, we could not find mri_segstats on the ftp server: ftp://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/transfer/outgoing/flat/greve/mri_segstats.centos6

 

Could you tell us, where we can download the new version of mri_segstats?
