External Email - Use Caution

Dear Freesurfer team,

I was trying to run recon - all of the brain ( see below) with large hemorrhage in the right hemisphere. Recon all finished with the an error ( log is attached) . Please advise what can be done to complete the recon all on this type of the brain abnormality.
