I used mri_annot2label and then mri_mergelabels to get frontal lobe region.
Now I am going to get structures which lie under that frontal lobe. I was thinking to overlay between the lobe mask and the structures. I tried mri_label2vol but it was not completely masking the lobe areas. Is there any other way I can do?
