Hi Daniel - Just make sure that spatial resolution is isotropic, and collect as many different directions as you have time for. Otherwise, we do not have strict requirements.

Hello,

do you have a specific sequence protocol we can use for doing tractography analysis (DW images) in Freesurfer? In the same way as you provide us with the MPRAGE sequence for T1 MRI. I would like to standardise the scans with the same protocol so we can use Freesurfer for the analysis. Thanks
