Hello FS experts,

I am currently running an analysis for pial_lgi between control and patient group. But when I try to run the analysis using qdec for Right Hemisphere (rh),I get the following error with one particular subject

Error in Analyze: Couldn't open /Applications/freesurfer/subjects/HC122/surf/rh.pial_lgi.fwhm0.fsaverage.mgz or .mgh file.

However,the analysis works fine for Left Hemisphere (lh) without errors.

I tried running the command
recon-all -s HC122 -qcache -measure pial_lgi -hemi rh

But output was
#@# Qdec Cache rh pial_lgi fsaverage Mon May 30 20:19:32 IST 2016

INFO: File rh.pial_lgi does not exist!

Skipping creation of smoothed data for rh.pial_lgi

But trying to run '-localGI' did not create 'surf/rh.pial_lgi' btu it creates 'surf/lh.pial_lgi'
I checked the euler number for the surface it is 2.

Any suggestions to correct the error is highly appreciated .
