Dear all,

is there a way to use freeviews -ss command to obtain snapshots using tkregisterfv? I have a bunch of registrations to check and would prefer to do that using a bash script and snapshots.

tkregisterfv --mov template.nii.gz --reg template.reg.lta --surfs -ss

Gives back ERROR: Flag -ss unrecognized.
