External Email - Use Caution

Hi Bruce,

I don't think it is.. It would of course be impossible to establish a 1:1 correspondence between regions, given that the H.-Oxf. is based on volumetric labeling of folding patterns.

Assuming there is no quantitative correspondence/transformation, if one were to still want to establish a correspondence between regions of the two atlaes, would one be only left with doing this manually/by eyeballing, e.g. by doing a volumetric projection of the DKT (if that is even possible) and viewing that superimposed on the H._Oxf?

Cheers
Tudor

Hi Tudor

sorry, I don't think there is a direct correspondence. Is the Oxford
atlas even on the surface?

cheers
