I do not understand from tutorial if I should specify in

mris_preproc

--fsgd file.fsgd \

--target fsaverage --hemi lh \

--meas thickness \

--target fsaverage --hemi lh \

--o lh.thickness.mgh

the .thickness directory for each subject after --meas thickness. If yes, how can I do?
