Hi Gabriela - When you define a list of items in the config file, i.e., anything between two parentheses "( ... )", the items in the list need to be on the same line, or, if you want to split them across multiple lines, there has to be a backslash "\" at the end of each of the intermediate lines. See the example config file:

Hi,

I am trying to run TRACULA and I am having the same error, after reviewing my directory and the configuration file:

"ERROR: run list is longer than subject list"

The number of inputs is the same number of subjects. I've read some old emails with similar errors but none of the suggested solutions worked for me.
