External Email - Use Caution        

Hi experts,

 

I am working on transferring VBM output, which is in NIfTI format, to FreeSurfer space. I would like to follow this with parcellation using the Destrieux atlas, which is the standard with FreeSurfer. What is the pipeline to do this?
