Hi Dr. Fischl
Actually it's about generating the cortico-cortical connectivity matrix, and working with the original surface and upsampling the DW image results in creation of an enormous connectivity matrix. I have the impression that reducing T1 resolution down to DW and then running surface reconstruction is not a good option because of the partial volume effect. What can be the best solution here?
Cheers,
Sourena
