… lists there is an update for mri_tumorsynth included (for all OS’s).  It looks to me like the updates do not change the output but makes running it more reliable/stable.  For darwin_arm64,  the SynthSeg update is needed if you intend to run recon-all (and there is also an update to the recon-all script for all OS's).
