External Email - Use Caution

When using the following command line:

mris_anatomical_stats -th3 -mgz- cortex ../label/?h.cortex.label -f ../stats/?h.aparc.pial.stats -b -a ../label/?h.aparc.annot -c ../label/aparc.annot.ctab subject ?h pial

do we generate a pial surface area (for each hemisphere) that excludes the medial wall?
