Hello FreeSurfer Team,<br><br>I am wondering how to add cortex to the
pial volume that is already present in the brainmask volume. When I
look at the brainmask volume, there is visible cortex located outside
the red &quot;pial&quot; line. I have already added white matter control points
and corrected all white matter defects. I am wondering if you have any
tips for me. I apologize if this is a repeat question but I couldn&#39;t
