Hi all:

 

Now I have a customized average surface based on 50 subjects, using make_average_subject command.

Loading the inflated surface in Freeview, I notice that there are some obvious differences between my template and fsaverage( not as smooth as fsaverage inflated surface, details in attachment ). I don't know whether it's reasonable or not. Is my customized template valid ?
