Dear FreeSurfer Developers,

 

I'm looking to use a mask/label to only include the frontal and temporal lobes when using mri_glmfit for surface based group analyses and mri_glmfit-sim --perm for multiple comparison correction.

 

I noticed that mri_glmfit has --label but I'm unsure of the format of the input file for this flag or if this is even the right way to do it. Could you please let me know of a way, or of any documentation on how to create a mask for mri_glmfit and mri_glmfit-sim?
