My group just recently installed 5.3.0 and I kept running into the same error during -autorecon2 where mri_segstats could find ribbon.mgz.

I was slightly stumped on the issue, as the ReconAllTable says mri_segstats isn't run until autorecon3? I attached my bugr output and also my log file for one subject (I have about 10+ subjects that error in the same way). 

It looks like -inflate2 finished fine (which was previously one of the last steps in autorecon2). Any thoughts? Any help is greatly appreciated!
