Hi Karen,
Currently, the amygdala segmentation wouldn't necessarily cover the BNST (bed nucleus of the stria terminalis), which lies more dorsomedially and separated from the rest of the amygdala by white matter, CSF, & basal forebrain structures. BNST would probably be segmented as either Ventral DC or possibly cortex-unknown.
