Dear FS team,

We have a pediatric dataset with participants with a high tendency to move during the scan.

Therefore, the T1w images got some "lines of motion" close to the cortex.

After running default recon-all (recon-all version: 7.1.0 (freesurfer-linux-centos7_x86_64-7.1.0-20200511-813297b)), the upper part of the cortex is not correctly segmented for many cases (pictures attached).

We would like to ask if you have any suggestions on how to improve segmentation.

Thanks in advance

Best regards

Alberto
