I used qdec to visualize correlation between cortical thickness and age. With tksurfer, when I load the file sig.mgh I can see the p-value for each vertex (log10 pvalue) but I would like to load a file which show the value of the slope, I mean the change of thickness with age. Which file I have to use as overlay or how can I do it?
