Hello Adam,

I hope you saw the previous email I sent you about changing SUBJECTS_DIR to be different from the default.   Just wondering if you did that for SUBJECTS_DIR before running the recon-all.

Hello,

Immediately after running recon-all, I get an error that says cannot create directory, permission denied. I am not sure as to why this is happening. My license is in the correct location.
