Hi Freesurfer experts

I was trying to make flat maps for individual subjects, following instruction in https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/FreeSurferOccipitalFlattenedPatch.

For some of my subjects, the flat maps are distorted (attached image).
