Hi Marco – This is strange and it’s not something that we can replicate locally. Because it looks like it dies when loading 31/33 of the training data, my first guess would be that it runs out of memory.

I'm trying to run the TRACULA software (fresurfer V 6.0)  in the VM for FSL . I'm using the only elmo.2005 images but the program stops just at the middle of priors point.
