Hi Pavlina

Every FreeSurfer list email comes with a header that has this link:

MailScanner has detected a possible fraud attempt from "secure-web.cisco.com" claiming to be https://mail.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/mailman/listinfo/freesurfer

that lets you unsubscribe yourself. Most mailing lists have this kind of thing built in.
