Your recon-all.log shows 'Command terminated by signal 15'.
This indicates the system had delivered a SIGTERM to your recon-all process. Can you run it again?

I am running recon-all for an MS patient but the process was exited with error as described in the title of this email. The attached file is the log file for your reference.
The below T1 image looks fine too:

It's generated from a 3T scanner, Siemen.
Would someone kindly advise on how to fix the issue? Thank you so much in advance.
