Dear Freesurfers,<br>I am trying to describe how freesurfer conducts it&#39;s retinotopy analysis to make the polar, eccen and fieldsign maps.<br>Is there a detailed description of this somewhere?  I can&#39;t seem to find an indepth description on the wiki.<br>
