Ok, I think I got it, the unknow which is correspondent to the black area and actually desikan atlas has 34 labels to use, unknow and corpuscallosum from annot are not used, and i can just set the z-score for these two areas to be zero.
If i misunderstood it, please correct me

Thanks for your reply, good to know that, but when I use tksurfer to read the aparc.annot file, and in the label names, they include corpuscallosum, and when I make the z-score map, I can make this label to be 0, but if it is not the parcellation label, why it should be here???( in tksurfer: windows/label/ no.4)
Alos, inside the label names, the first one is 'unknown( in tksurfer: windows/label/ no.0)', can you explain this a little for me???
