I want to do some parcellation on the temporal lobe,so i think I should create a volume ROI. there is no error in freesufer, but I dont know whether freesurfer can do this and how?Atlas-based way to get ROI is OK,but it is not precise enough. Can you give me some suggestions?
thanks~

can you tell us what is wrong with the output? And are you trying to create a volume or surface ROI? What do you want to do with the ROI?
