External Email - Use Caution

I have solved the problem.

I had trouble with skull stripping and the solutions given by FreeSurfer did not seem to work on my image, part of its skull was glue attached. Thus I used FSL to solve the problem and the values inside the mask are different so I changed the values and then it appeared as always.

Thank you for your time!

Kind regards,
Rosie

Dear Freesurfer's experts,

Why is this happening?

Kind regards,
Rosie
