Can you run freeview on that volume? You may have run out of disk space and have a truncated volume or something like that.

Dear Freesurfer experts,

 

After ran the recon-all and correct some pial surface errors in freeview I ran the autorecon-pial command in order to move the pial surface in the right place. All have worked fine in all subjects except in one subject because freesurfer gave to me the following error:

How can I fix this problem?
