Dear Freesurfers, 

We are looking to do a voxel-wise analysis on cross sectional and longitudinal data.  We wanted to use QDEC but see that it is no longer maintained and has been removed in version 7.3.2 which we are using.  Is there going to be a GUI replacement released in the near future? Are there alternatives for QDEC besides the command-line analysis, or potential third-party alternatives that are compatible with freesurfer?
